Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the pre-made pizza dough packaging. Usually, it's around 425°F (220°C). Place a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven to heat up while you prepare the pizza.
Roll out the pre-made pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. If the dough is too elastic, let it rest for a few minutes and then continue rolling.
Mix oregano, thyme, basil, garlic, olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
Drizzle a little olive oil mixture on top of the rolled-out dough and spread it evenly with a pastry brush or your fingers.
Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the seasoned dough.
Take small clumps of goat cheese and distribute them across the pizza.
Take the prosciutto and create little wheels or rose shapes by rolling up each slice of prosciutto tightly. Distribute these prosciutto wheels evenly over the cheese.
Carefully transfer the assembled pizza onto the pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake according to the dough package instructions, usually for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
While the pizza is baking, prepare the arugula. Wash and dry the arugula leaves thoroughly.
Once the pizza is out of the oven and cooled a bit, drizzle hot honey over it and cut into slices. If desired, sprinkle some red pepper flakes.
Then scatter the arugula over the top
If you want more, finish the pizza by drizzling more hot honey over the top. I like a generous amount but be as generous or as sparing as you like depending on your preference for sweetness and spiciness.
Serve and Enjoy!
