This Honey Garlic Chicken recipe is composed of sticky, tender chicken thighs doused in a honey, garlic, and soy based sauce that's seriously addictive. It's easy to make and only takes a handful of ingredients making it the perfect weeknight dinner.
1 ½lbschicken thighs(fat trimmed and chopped into 1-inch cubes)
2tbspcornstarch
1-2tbspolive oil
⅓cuphoney
¼cuplow sodium soy sauce
1tbsprice vinegar
2tbspbrown sugar
1tbspminced garlic(I prefer jarred, if you use fresh, use about 3 cloves)
salt and pepper(to taste)

Take chicken thighs, trim excess fat, and cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes.
Heat olive oil in a medium pan at medium-high heat.
Toss chicken with cornstarch and place into the pan once the oil is hot, stirring and flipping the chicken occasionally. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked all the way through.
In a medium bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, rice vinegar, and garlic.
Pour the sauce into the skillet and allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Drop the heat to low and allow the chicken and sauce to simmer until thick and sticky.
Remove from the heat, salt and pepper to taste, garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
